Pricing & Billing
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and fees.
- Monthly billing: Charges are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. First billing occurs upon subscription activation.
- Annual billing: Charges are billed annually in advance. Annual pricing is structured as 10 months paid over 12 (~17% effective discount vs monthly). Cancellations before the annual period ends are eligible for prorated refunds where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice for existing customers. New feature additions or tier upgrades may incur additional charges as specified.
Usage & Limits
- Pro & Business plans: Include a monthly pool of AI-handled phone minutes and a cap on website chat sessions. Overage or upgrades may apply for heavy usage; see checkout, plan details in the app, or your order form.
- Enterprise plans: Custom-quoted by location count, expected call and chat volume, and integrations. Contact sales for limits and optional metered add-ons.
- All plans include standard support response times. Business adds priority routing; Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding and a 1-business-day response SLA.
Additional Information
- Taxes: Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice based on your location and local tax regulations.
- Payment methods: We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers may arrange for invoicing and payment via ACH or wire transfer.
- Trial period: New customers can request a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for trial. Full pricing applies after trial period ends.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except as specified for annual plans.
