Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DineFlow.ai website and services (the "Service") operated by DineFlow.ai ("we," "us," or "our").

3.2 Billing

Subscription fees will be billed automatically on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your account.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DineFlow.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINEFLOW.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DineFlow.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
